We are seeking a high-level Senior Sous Chef to join one of Miami’s most polished and high-performing upscale dining operations. This is an opportunity for a disciplined, hands-on culinary leader who thrives in refined, high-volume environments and understands the standards, structure, and execution required in elevated French cuisine.

This role is ideal for a strong #2 kitchen leader ready to step into a highly visible operation generating $12M–$14M annually with nightly volumes ranging from 200–400 covers.

• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily BOH operations alongside the Executive Chef
• Manage and develop a 30+ person kitchen team
• Maintain consistency, execution, and plating standards at a high level
• Drive strong line performance during high-volume services
• Uphold food quality, sanitation, prep systems, and kitchen organization
• Coach and hold culinary teams accountable to operational excellence
• Execute established recipes and systems with precision and discipline

What We’re Looking For

• Strong French cuisine background is REQUIRED
• Experience in upscale, chef-driven, or luxury dining environments
• Proven success in high-volume operations ($10M+ revenue preferred)
• Experience leading large BOH teams in polished kitchens
• Strong expo, service leadership, and operational execution skills
• Hands-on leader with high standards and calm under pressure
• Stability and progressive culinary leadership experience preferred
