Supporting high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts, the part-time Temporary Recruiting Assistant will manage job postings, schedule interviews, and process onboarding paperwork while working remotely for a youth sports organization. Key responsibilities Posting and managing job openings Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Processing offer letters, background checks, and onboarding paperwork Required qualifications Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate Experience with I-9 verification and onboarding processes Basic HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition background Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
