Position Overview: As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts across Florida, targeting HR leaders and C-level executives across various industries. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our comprehensive suite of HR consulting services, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Identify and qualify prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
\n
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and C-level executives within target organizations.
\n
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our HR consulting services.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
\n
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
\n
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in HR services, including but not limited to HR systems, payroll services, benefits administration, or consulting.
\n
• Strong understanding of HR practices and challenges faced by organizations.
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
\n
• Tangible network of business connections at a leadership level inside of a major Florida market.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Based in the Research Triangle
\n
• Willingness to travel within Florida and occasionally nationally as needed.
\n
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
\n
