Chief of Talent Strategy (Attorney Recruiting) – Chicago | $200K–$250K A growing national law firm is looking for a senior leader to drive attorney recruiting strategy, talent management, and firmwide growth . This isn’t just recruiting. This is a seat at the table . You’ll be driving firmwide attorney hiring strategy, partnering directly with Practice Group Leaders, and helping shape the future of the firm’s talent.
