This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling our LMFT to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While our primary services are provided virtually, you will also have access to an outpatient office space located in Bellevue, should in-person sessions be required. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate smooth and effective therapy sessions, allowing you to reach more clients comfortably.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on regular feedback and assessments.

• Utilize our telehealth platform for counseling sessions, ensuring all patient information is kept secure and compliant with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals on complex cases, making appropriate referrals when specialized care is needed.

• Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities provided by the organization to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and chronic stress. Our clients seek our support to improve their mental health, enhance their relationship dynamics, and address life transitions. Understanding and responding to unique cultural and personal backgrounds will be essential in providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills, with a keen ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.

Compensation and Benefits\n
