As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from any location while still being an integral part of our collaborative care team. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible working schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization effectively, ensuring clients receive necessary coverage for their treatments.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare processes to promote sustained recovery and ongoing support for clients.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients establish a healthy relationship with food by modeling positive behaviors and attitudes.

• Deliver empathetic and culturally competent care tailored to the unique identities and circumstances of each client, fostering an affirming environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
