What You’ll Do: Collaborate with residents to review patient plans and execute orders Conduct patient assessments and determine follow-up needs Participate in inpatient neuro care, including discharge planning Perform procedures such as drain removals (hemovac, JP drains) Coordinate patient care on neurosurgical cases for pediatric patients Support patient rounding and patient management in a hospital setting Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members Note: APPs do not go into the OR; patient care only. What You Need: Board certification in Neurosurgery Massachusetts license in good standing At least 1 year neuro experience Key skills: patient assessment, procedure skills, teamwork, and communication Preferred: Experience removing drains About the Assignment: Join a leading hospital in Boston, providing inpatient neurosurgical care to pediatric patients.
