HR InternKickstart your career in people operations as Lima One Capital's HR Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR - from payroll and compensation to employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR administration. Reporting directly to the SVP of HR and working alongside the entire HR team, you'll get an insider's view of how a growing company takes care of its most important asset: its people. To top it off, you'll own a summer-long project that you'll present to Senior Leadership at the end of your internship - a chance to showcase your ideas and make a lasting impression. If you're passionate about building great workplaces and eager to learn by doing, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Support in the planning and facilitation of employee orientation programs and company eventsParticipate in employee engagement and wellness initiativesSupport data collection and analysis for compensation benchmarking initiativesContribute to HR Operations functions, such as onboarding, I-9 verification process, and payrollAssists in the development, creation, and roll-out of manager training and other training initiativesParticipate in competitor analysis, career fair research, and employer brandingMaintain and update employee records and HR databasesPartner with HR and leadership on total rewards and benefits designAssist with HR projects and initiatives as neededOther duties related to HR functions, as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High level of confidentiality and professionalismProgram Details:Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC. Join us in our thoughtfully designed headquarters in the heart of downtown Greenville (parking is paid for!).
