Our close-knit law firm is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join our Veteran's Disability Benefits department. Position Details:

• Job Title: VA Disability Intake Specialist
• Location: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Full Time
• Pay: $17 (1099)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
• Explain the intake process clearly and compassionately to veterans and their families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case handling
• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all firm protocols and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a legal, medical, or customer service setting
• Familiarity xhyhwjd with VA disability benefits or a background working with veterans (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency with case management systems and basic office software
