Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing technology, ensuring confidentiality and a supportive environment.

• Assess each client's mental health needs through thorough intake interviews and standardized assessment tools, then create and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions geared towards addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling, keeping abreast of best practices and changes in relevant regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education courses, workshops, and peer supervision.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
