Manager of the People - - Seeking a positive, high performing/Sales driven people Manager who is interested in working with two teams.

As the Manager of people you will work along side the Owner and will work with a team of employees in providing legendary customer service. They provide leadership and a positive personality and must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities for the Sales Manager include :

• Leader in setting and achieving membership, retail sales and partnering with franchise owner to regularly monitor progress against goals.
• Training, monitoring, and coaching the performance of front desk associates.
• Establishing and monitoring front desk work schedules .

Qualified candidates will:

Education, Skills and Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Basic math and cash handling experience, phone and computer skills.
• Customer service, sales and management experience required.
• Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork preferred.
• Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead employees
• Exhibit proficiency in establishing membership and retail sales goals and interpreting progress and trends in sales reports.

Communications and Personal Interactions

Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, and franchise owners.

• Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate, influence and inspire staff and develop a strong team culture.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
• Must work cohesively with others in a fun and fast pace environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
