IP Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the network infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers. This is a customer-facing role, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all network-related activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design.
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX
- Day shift availability.
