Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and potential delays.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to each child’s unique requirements.

• Continuously monitor outcomes related to child development, ensuring progress towards established goals while adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.

• Provide support to families, including education on early intervention practices and guidance to enhance their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines impacting service delivery.

• Build rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a supportive and healthy learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. This role emphasizes the importance of early intervention as a means to equip these children with the skills necessary for a successful and fulfilling life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
