Description - What You'll Do

• Ensure precision in analyzing results, identify issues, and provide maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Diligently document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and collaborate to maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a safe and organized laboratory environment while meeting all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
