CNC Turning and Milling Operators - 1st and 2nd Shift
Seeking basic level CNC Turning & Milling operators for 1st and 2nd shift positions. Preferred candidates will have at least 1–3 years’ production experience operating either CNC turning or milling equipment. Hourly wages based upon experience.
We offer a 10% shift premium for our 2nd shift employees, medical & dental insurance benefits, 9 paid holidays, 2 PTO days, 401K retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits. We are seeking people with aptitude and drive who truly want to pursue a career in the challenging world of precision machining.
Qualified candidates are required to have:
- Documentation to legally work in the USA
- High school level education or GED equivalent
- Must be able to communicate and follow instruction in English both verbal & written
- Basic blueprint reading
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment
- The agility to stand, stoop, bend, pick, and accurately place parts throughout the shift
