TekPro is teaming up with a premier aerospace machine shop to add skilled CNC talent. If you excel at setups, live for precision, and keep production humming, let’s talk.

Which machines might you run?

Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma, Doosan, Hurco, Makino, Mori Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, Index, Hwacheon, Gildemeister, Puma, Tsugami, Star CNC, Citizen.

What will you be machining?

Aerospace-grade materials including aluminum, stainless, titanium, and Inconel—requiring sharp understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and precision measurement.

Can you...

Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes in a high-precision aerospace environment?
Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T quickly and accurately?
Hold tight tolerances and complete in-process inspections with confidence?
Tweak tool offsets and make minor program edits to optimize results?
Balance quality and throughput to keep schedules on track?

You have

Experience in CNC milling and/or turning
Hands-on background with aerospace alloys (aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, etc.)
Proficiency with tooling choices, cutting parameters, and metrology tools
A self-directed work style and consistent craftsmanship
