Schedule Coordinator

Job Location: RENO, NV Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $34.95 - $54.04 hourly Travel: Negligible Shift: Day Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Schedule Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate the project schedule and capacity overview, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones across all phases of construction. The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with superintendents, foremen, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep the schedule updated and the project on track. This is key to the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules (capacity overview) Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of work and milestones Monitor progress, track activities, and identify potential delays or issues Clearly communicate and document changes with the project team Coordinate schedule changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events Track and report delays, document impact, and provide regular progress reports to senior management Work closely with the general contractor’s schedule and actual on‑site conditions to keep the schedule updated Identify schedule risks and communicate them to the project team for mitigation Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of project schedules, capacity overview, and change management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred but not required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore or similar) Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly Problem‑solving skills and proactive challenge management PMP or related certification (preferred but not required) Benefits Health benefits 401(k) with company match Life and disability benefits Paid holidays and paid time off Access to multiple types of training Opportunities for self‑development and career progression Wellness benefits and employee assistance program Family leave (maternity, paternity) Tuition reimbursement program Physical Requirements Verbal communication: convey detailed instructions and information Listening: receive and interpret information Work at a desk workstation for long periods Push, pull, lift or carry at least 10 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds Walk and stand for short or long periods Visual acuity with or without correction to read documents, analyze data, view a monitor, and proof‑read Use fingers and hands to type and handle items Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch Reports to: Director of Field Operations Department: Construction Services Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) #J-18808-Ljbffr
