Local candidates only USC, GC, GC EAD, OPT. H4 EAD Key Responsibilities Lead the administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform. Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Entra ID . Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions. Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evaluate new features for business and security value. Provide Tier 3 support , perform root cause analysis, and improve platform reliability. Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID , including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access . Strengthen security and compliance using Microsoft Purview , DLP , eDiscovery , Data Classification , Retention Policies , and Insider Risk Management . Work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
