Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Compensation & Benefits

$119,313 - $178,968annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.
$20,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

NP Board Certification withprimary care, family medicine, or internal medicine background
Current, valid andunrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA number
English/Spanish bilingualproficiency is an essential job function
Minimum 3-5 years of primarycare experience
Minimum 2+ years with casemanagement emphasizing health prevention and population health management
Documentation of proof of anegative TB test in the last 12 months before start-date.
Team-based care experience
Experience working in EMRsystems
Experience with GoogleWorkspace
