Our Client is looking for an Accounting Manager to help their team! Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Immediate business continuity role during post-acquisition integration Direct access to executive decision-makers and control over outcomes Structured onboarding and clear deliverables critical to business operations High trust assignment: manage close process and ensure seamless handover Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Manage month-end close, cash reconciliation, and deliver timely/accurate financials for the site Document procedures and drive knowledge transfer to internal team for a seamless leadership transition Support ad hoc financial reporting and inquiries for sales, customer service, and management Reconcile inventory and sales figures across entities to ensure data integrity Maintain operational finance excellence with a strong focus on details and process visibility Must-Have Skills/Experience 5+ years of accounting experience in distribution/manufacturing or similar environments Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); ERP system experience (DDI, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) Strong ability to document procedures and communicate clearly in a small team environment Salary: $95,000- $120,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
