Regional HR Leader - Employee Relations & Strategy
PLS
PLS is seeking a Regional Manager of Human Resources in Chicago to provide consultative HR guidance across multiple units. You will partner with field leaders to foster a positive work environment, mitigate employment risks, and coach leadership to achieve company goals. This role requires in-person collaboration at our Chicago Support Center, travel up to 25%, and strong knowledge of employment laws.
