Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment and crisis plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to formulate evidence-based behavioral guidelines and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner to adhere to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance clinical evaluations and treatment planning.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes while securing liaisons with relevant service systems, agencies, and community partners.

• Maintain clear and effective communication to meet contract standards and enhance the clinic’s mission within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote programs and identify funding opportunities.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences and community meetings.

• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

Qualifications\n

• An Independent LMHC License is essential.
