Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and support their mental health goals.

• Create crisis intervention plans and risk assessments that provide acute support to clients facing immediate psychological distress.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to gather data and inform treatment strategies, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.

• Collaborate with various programs and teams to implement positive behavior support plans, making use of a variety of therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Document interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with regulatory standards in a timely and thorough manner.

• Engage in relationship-building with local and state agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance resource access for clients.

• Participate actively in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring continued compliance with industry standards.

• Engage in continual professional development opportunities by attending conferences, completing relevant coursework, and participating in community meetings related to mental health.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and developmental challenges. The goal is to provide empathetic support and guidance to help these individuals navigate their unique life circumstances and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have a Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution and possess a valid independent LMHC license. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health issues and maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While relevant experience is beneficial, we encourage both seasoned professionals and early-career counselors with up-to-date licenses to apply. Experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health support, or working with marginalized populations will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
