Vice President of Clinical Services

Base pay range

$265,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage remote clinical providers across the U.S.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Supervise clinician subject matter experts and support provider engagement.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to execute clinical strategy.
• Partner with Avita Care Solutions and internal teams to ensure compliance, productivity, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive program updates aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Maintain a 75% leadership focus with 25% direct patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• Clinical credentials: MD, DO, APRN, or MA.
• AAHIVM Specialist certification and HealthHIV Prevention Certified Provider (PCP) program certification
• Proven leadership in clinical operations, especially in telemedicine.
• Strong grasp of compliance, documentation, and quality improvement.
• Experience managing remote teams and scaling clinical services.
• Strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills.
