No Are any COVID mandates in place?: Yes, universal masking Parking/Cost: 4/day Range:#####-#####/hour Bill Rate Range: #####-#####/hour Markup: 31.5% Dress code: Business attire Working days/hours: 40 hours per week position ONSITE, Monday through Friday. 7:30am-4:30pm or 8AM - 5PM Manager Name: Dr. Eric Chang, Edward Diaz, Shane Taylor (Stefano Mauro) Timecard Approver: Edward Diaz, Shane Taylor Interview Method (in person/video): In person & video Must Have's: High School Diploma, College Degree highly preferred**** Worked in the administrative unit of a complex academic medical center environment or medical school, or medical staff office. Ideally has experience supporting physician faculty or physician leaders like a vice chair, division chief, section chiefs Microsoft word, PowerPoint, teams, coordinating Teams or Zoom meetings. Familiarity with Qgenda, Concur, Workday, Aria & Adobe Acrobat. experience with purchasing office supplies, filling out expense reports, process reimbursements, create travel itineraries, hosting and managing visiting professors either virtually or on-site, manage the recruitment schedule of new faculty physicians. Scheduling meeting appointments answer telephone calls scheduling recruitment interviews preparing correspondences: memos, letters scheduling locums physician coverage on-boarding new physicians with orientation schedules handling physician credentialing application paperwork for new hospitals experience working with Hospital medical staff credentialing applications Campus - Non-Clinical Onboarding (CAN START PENDING CRIMINAL IF DRIVING OR HANDLING CASH IS NOT INVOLVED) Background Social Security Trace 7 year worked and lived found by SSN County Criminal F&M - 7 year Federal Criminal - 7 year Widescreen Plus National Criminal Search National Sex Offender Registry Application Temporary Work Agreement Harassment & Discrimination Pamphlet ON-CAMPUS: COVID 19 vaccination requirements: Proof of full COVID 19 Vaccination + Booster (s) Minimum timeframe Six (6) months after your primary series, either a second dose of Pfizer or Moderna; two (2) months after receiving a Johnson & Johnson single dose. Ages 16 and older. You will have a 30-day grace period to receive your booster after your primary series. If you completed the Pfizer or Moderna primary series, you are required to receive a booster no later than seven (7) months after your second dose. If you completed the Johnson and Johnson single dose, you are required to receive a booster no later than three (3) months after your single dose. MEDICAL/RELIGIOUS-TESTING OPTION: Unvaccinated individuals with previously approved medical or religious exemptions may retain an exemption from the booster requirement.
