Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including nurses and caregivers, to optimize client care and facilitate seamless communication.

• Resolve family conflicts related to the care of senior clients, facilitating effective communication among all involved parties.

You will primarily work with seniors and their families, gaining insight into the unique challenges they face. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
