This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships. Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies. Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers. Assist General Manager with operational functions. Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available. Required Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada. Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position. Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate. Preferred Qualifications Retail/customer service management experience. High School diploma, GED or equivalent. High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store. Proper telephone etiquette. Maintain a professional appearance. Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
