Account Coordinator, Direct Response

Fox Corporation produces and distributes content through Fox News Media, Fox Sports, Fox Entertainment, Fox Television Stations, and Tubi Media Group. Job Description We are looking for an Account Coordinator, Direct Response to join the team. The role supports Account Executives at Fox News Media by developing client presentations, proposals, and coordinating with the Ad Operations team. Responsibilities Develop proposals and make revisions throughout the ad campaign Maintain paid programming allocations Make necessary adjustments to the plan when options are exercised Send daily and weekly pre and post logs Stay knowledgeable of each client’s buying history Ensure schedules and plans are booked and ordered for each client Adhere to program restrictions when building plans Lead product allocations for specific clients Check preemptions daily to confirm all inventory is accounted for and approved by clients Implement order revisions to accommodate client requests (time splits, moves, day‑locking, etc.) Analyze discrepancies and make invoice adjustments Work with ad operations to provide proper instructions and tape for unit execution Qualifications Prior media or customer service experience Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Strong process adherence and workflow organization Excellent communication and sense of urgency for meeting deadlines Highly organized with keen attention to detail Collaborative team player who works well across teams Proactive problem‑solver who addresses client needs Ability to balance competing client demands and maintain accuracy Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment Bachelor’s degree preferred Past internship experience in media, agency, or network space (plus) Compensation $23.50–27.89 per hour based on education, skills, experience, and location.
