Technical Business Analyst

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Business Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the data modeling team, focusing on gathering and documenting business requirements for a large-scale enterprise data platform initiative. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes, data needs, and analytical objectives Gather, define, and document business and data requirements, translating them into structured specifications for the data modeling team Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and data modelers throughout the modeling process, validating that delivered data products meet business requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Business Analyst supporting data platform initiatives Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications Familiarity with modern data platforms and concepts, including medallion architecture and tools like Databricks and Snowflake Hands-on SQL proficiency for data analysis and requirement definition
