Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Prepare products according to company standards and customer specifications
• Provide a positive and friendly customer experience in all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills for order processing and data entry
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
