Medical Assistant/Patient Services Representative

Medical Assistant/Patient Services Representative
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Schedule will include a combination of weekdays, weekends, and after-hours urgent care coverage based on operational needs.
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Medical Assistant/Patient Services Representative provides patient-families with a positive experience at CHLA by performing a variety of patient care and clerical activities to assist physicians, nursing and clerical personnel.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year experience in pediatrics preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program required. California Medical Assistant certification preferred. AHA CPR required.
