Requirements
- Current RN license
- Telemetry experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Implement direct clinical care and monitor patients' progress.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality care standards.
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
