Job Title: RN - Neuro ICU - Travel


Location: Alexandria, VA


Pay: $2,203.20 per week


Shifts: 7P - 7A, every other weekend


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel Neuro ICU assignment in Alexandria, VA. This role involves providing care in a dynamic 16-bed unit where patients present with a diverse range of conditions. Ideal for those looking to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment, the position offers the chance to work alongside skilled clinical technicians and utilize advanced RT equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neuro ICU
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry and patient strips
  • Administer titratable drips such as Norepinephrine and Epinephrine
  • Utilize mechanical ventilation and other RT equipment
  • Provide care to patients with complex diagnoses including strokes and respiratory failure
  • Participate in the unit rotation to MSICU and PCCU as needed
Requirements of the RN - Neuro ICU
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience (cardiac experience not required)
  • Ability to pass ECG exam on day 2
  • Must be comfortable using Phillips telemetry monitors
  • Epic access and knowledge required
