Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact this school year by supporting student communication and learning in a well-established Minnesota district. Six full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the 2026-2027 academic year, with opportunities available for both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced clinicians. You’ll enjoy a collaborative educational setting at the elementary level, shaping young learners’ lives while advancing your own professional journey.
Bring your expertise to one of the following elementary schools: Hamilton, Hoover, Madison, Ramsey, University Avenue, or Rum River. Positions offer a steady Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours each week during the typical school day calendar. Your support will be instrumental as students return in September, with services continuing through mid-June.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license with dual certification clearly visible (CF positions welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but strong new graduates (CFs) will be considered
- School-based SLP experience is a plus, though not required for CFs
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student success
- Create engaging activities that encourage communication and language growth
