A unique contract opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a difference in White Bear Township, MN. This full-time position is designed for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting middle school students with high needs, specifically those utilizing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026, through October 13, 2026, offering the chance to work closely with one school’s exceptional student population.

Qualifications:

• Valid MN Department of Education SLP license required.
• Credentials accepted: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School.
• Prior experience working with school-age children, especially in a middle school setting, is highly desirable.
• Background supporting students with significant communication needs and use of AAC devices preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized speech-language interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to a high-needs, AAC-dependent middle school caseload.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to design and monitor effective intervention plans.
• Conduct evaluations and ongoing progress assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Provide education and support for school staff and families on AAC strategies.
