Joseph, MO Onsite Contract Starts 7/20/2026 Ends 7/24/2028 Job Description Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Program Manager for a position with a Global Biopharmaceutical Company located in St. Joseph, MO. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage the capital project's budget, schedule, and resources, coordinating across multiple functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Responsibilities: Lead end to end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on time and on budget execution Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within the pharma or bio industry Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills Pay rate: up to $125.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
