Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Process accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)

· Review reports and financial records for accuracy

· Provide general accounting and clerical support as needed

· Assist with other accounting-related duties assigned by management.

· Provide backup support to the inventory and shipping departments as needed.

Qualifications

· 2–4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

· Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset

· High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High school diploma or equivalent required; college students with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· Typical hours: 7:30AM–4:00 PM

Compensation

· $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
