Why This Opportunity Stands Out * Work with complex payrolls, including commissions and real-time pay structures * Join a collaborative payroll team with visibility to leadership * Gain extensive multi-state payroll experience * Strengthen your knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and accounting processes * Opportunity for long-term professional growth What You'll Do * Process semi-monthly, multi-state payroll for salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees * Audit timekeeping and labor data, resolving discrepancies with managers and supervisors * Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and benefit contributions * Research and resolve payroll issues and employee inquiries * Generate payroll reports and support employment verifications * Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations What You Bring * 2+ years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience * Experience processing complex payrolls, including commissions and current-pay environments * HRIS experience; Dayforce strongly preferred * Strong Excel skills and payroll tax knowledge * Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Timing is everything.
