As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based at our Millburn, NJ location. Job Description Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients, grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business, and own the client experience. Acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking, growing loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, determine the best products, present sound financial recommendations, establish individual financial plans and monitor and recommend changes. Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities, drive investment education and visibility, lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results, and communicate with partners to build strong relationships. Meet regularly with branch manager and internal partners to review business results, manage pipeline, meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow-up, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required. Life and Health Insurance required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $75,000.00 Incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
