As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
