Position Overview
Ideal Candidate Profile-customer-focused support professional with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging platforms.
The strongest candidates will have direct experience with Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Box , along with exposure to:
- M365 account and licensing administration
- Mailbox and access management
- ServiceNow ticketing -PowerShell automation
- Technical/process documentation
- Enterprise troubleshooting -Cloud technologies
- Regulated environments -On-call support

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically:
- Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- 2+ years of experience with basic Box administration and end-user troubleshooting
- 1 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- 1 2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive
- 1+ year of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Exchange Online
- Experience with Microsoft 365 account and licensing administration
- Experience with mailbox and access management
- Exposure to additional Microsoft 365 technologies
- Relevant and current technical certifications
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple technical teams
- Desire to learn and support emerging cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience working within complex enterprise infrastructure environments
- Experience within a highly regulated industry
- Previous participation in an on-call support rotation
