Work full-time, providing invaluable support to students aged 3–21 across a cluster of campuses within a manageable geographic zone. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license for Texas (OT)
• Strong background in school settings or pediatric populations
• Open to highly experienced COTAs with a proven school-based track record
• Must pass a state-level fingerprinting and background check
• Proficiency with school-based documentation and IEP processes
• Reliable transportation for travel within assigned zone
• Applicants must confirm they’ve never been employed by the district or terminated from any school district (affidavit required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time (37.5 hours/week) caseload, serving 6 to 7 schools within an assigned area for maximum home/work life balance
• Provide direct and consultative OT services, with a direct caseload of approximately 30–40 students; most services are delivered on a rotating, flexible basis
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in ARD meetings as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation using SHARES and Onward software, as well as Excel logs for IEP compliance
• Utilize the district office as a convenient home base between school visits
