You will receive hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and the support needed to grow your insurance knowledge and sales skills. You will not be expected to sit back and wait for customers to call. You will actively connect with prospects and existing customers, identify their needs, and recommend insurance solutions that help protect their families and financial futures. What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers. Educate customers about available coverage and explain insurance in clear, simple terms. Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, and community relationships. Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers. Prepare quotes, complete applications, and confidently ask for the business. Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow-up activities. Work toward individual and agency production goals. Participate in coaching, training, and team development. What We’re Looking For A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people. A motivated, goal‑oriented professional who takes ownership of results. Someone who is comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently. The ability to balance sales responsibilities with excellent customer service. Strong organization, dependability, and attention to detail. Previous sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is preferred. An active Property and Casualty and Life and Health license is strongly preferred. Unlicensed candidates with strong sales experience may be considered if they are willing to complete the required licensing process before beginning the position. Why Join Our Agency?
