Preparation, booking, and billing of business trips (domestic and abroad) for our staff in the tool SAP Concur Contact person for all questions about business travel in compliance with and application of the legal provisions of the Federal Travel Expenses Act (BRKG) Support in the planning and booking of all travel arrangements and accommodations (train, flight, rental car, hotel, etc.) Support of travelers in the creation of their travel expense reports and billing of business trips according to the applicable legal provisions Completion of administrative tasks (e.g., calculation of railcard amortization) Taking over general administrative tasks (assistant tasks, coordination of events and appointments)

You bring in

• Completed training as a tourism manager or a similar commercial qualification
• Ideally, first experience in the application of the Federal Travel Expenses Act
• Routine with MS Office programs and preferably knowledge of SAP
• An independent and structured working method, a friendly and self-assured demeanor, and a pronounced service orientation
• Concentration ability even in challenging situations, diligence, and reliability
• English language skills

The weekly working time is 19.5 hours. Employment, remuneration, and social benefits are based on the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD). In addition, Fraunhofer can grant performance- and success-dependent variable components of remuneration. The position is initially limited, but longer cooperation is generally intended.
