Business Systems Support / Business Operations Specialist (Locals Only ) --- Onsite Role

IT Business Systems Operations Specialist Work sponsorship is not available for this position. Duration: Long term ongoing with no end date Compensation Rate: $30/hr to $35/hr on W2 *This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location. Responsibilities Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies Ensure software/systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements Develop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and procedures Identify and detect errors/omissions; resolve or arrange for the resolution Conduct internal audits of processes Provide data analysis and project management duties as assigned Involved in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products and/or services Perform research for process improvements Recommend corrective action when discrepancies occur Resolve issues relating to systems Test and implement software and/or processes Work with other business units to resolve systems and equipment issues Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work independently and in a team environment Advanced knowledge of systems and processes Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced skill applying research and interpretation of findings to respond to requests for information Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisionsAdvanced skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations Advanced skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies Advanced verbal and written communication skills Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience "We are an equal opportunity employer.
