What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily patient care in a 20-bed nursery
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Lead care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services in a community-focused health system

What You Need

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Residency within the local area (relocation may be required)

• Experience working in a Level III NICU or similar setting
