RevOps Director: Scale GTM Planning & Forecasting (Equity)

Hex is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead the RevOps center of excellence. You’ll define programs, owners, SLAs, and calendars for recurring operational work, while partnering with the CRO, CFO, and sales leaders to scale the function.

Responsibilities include annual/quarterly planning, comp operations, pipeline modeling, and automation across CRM and planning tools. Strong leadership and exec communication are essential.
