Immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant in Indio, CA who possesses: Construction industry experience is a PLUS Must be bilingual Spanish Highly proficient with MS Office Detailed Oriented / Organized Experience with high volume data entry minimum of 2 years of Admin support experience Organizational /time management skills Phone handling - multi line Ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast paced environment FULL DESCRIPTION: Entering data entry for production dept Answering incoming calls from builders /installer/customers Opening tickets for orders to be handled in a timely fashion Support production Department as needed.
