Our Business Intelligence SaaS client is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to help expand their presence in the automotive, heavy equipment, truck & trailer, and material handling industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, is naturally curious, and wants to grow their career in technology sales. They are looking for someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and motivated by achieving goals while working as part of a high-performing team.

Role Summary:

• Prospect and engage decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

• Generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

• Learn client industry operations, industry trends, and business challenges across multiple departments.

• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and identify potential solutions.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.

• Consistently work toward individual and team pipeline generation goals.

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development programs.

• Represent company professionally and build positive relationships with prospects and customers.

Qualifications:

• 3 months – 1 year of professional SDR or BDR experience, ideally in the automotive industry but not mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.

• Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and develop professionally.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with business leaders.

• Self-motivated and goal oriented.

• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
