Talent Acquisition CoordinatorA day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at VF looks a little like this.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's primary responsibilities include supporting the Talent Acquisition Director, Senior Managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and various ad-hoc projects.Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Coordinate interview schedules using Workday ATS scheduling tool and Microsoft Outlook.Coordinate all interview travel arrangements for candidates traveling to VF HQs for interviewsCoordinate complex interview schedules with attention to detail for various roles from the Coordinator to Director level.Work with Talent Acquisition Leadership team to innovate and execute improvements to interview scheduling, process, resources and/or documentation/technology.Own TA Team's interview coordination purchase card and manage all associated costs/expenses as well as management of reconciliation for expenses.Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, managing PO's and additional assignments as needed.Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition leadership team on ad-hoc projects.What do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
